Over the last two decades, I have experienced — and recovered from — many heartaches and trials. I've mastered the art of collecting life’s lemons and found the secret ingredient to my lemonade in serving others. My passion is to inspire women and help them, too, find the light at the end of the tunnel.
I've created the Heart-Centered Curriculum, which incorporates the resources and tools I've curated over years of training and study. Let it Glow retreats, workshops and private sessions enlighten and empower women to design their best lives.
This summer my dream of holding a retreat abroad was fulfilled when I hosted 25 women in a 13th-century chateau in Bordeaux, France. I'm already planning my next international retreat, which combines my passion for travel with my commitment to helping others transform their lives.
My book, Rubber Band Girl, was published in 2012 and details the harrowing and inspiring story of raising a daughter diagnosed with Marfan's Syndrome.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from ASU in Elementary Education and have spent the last few years studying various therapeutic modalities. My home is Gilbert, Arizona with my husband, Talan, and our 5 children.
